 Prefects at Celestia's school are permitted to give no more than a dozen hand swats to the fully clothed bottoms of miscreants for minor offenses. Hall Monitor Moon Dancer has had enough of Diamond Tiara's brattiness for one day and pulls her into an empty classroom for some impromptu discipline.
