In the Teachers' Office

 Mrs. Harshwhinny calls Spike into the Teachers' Office after class to talk about his attitude lately. The conversation doesn't go well, and it gets to where she's had enough of his flippant remarks, so she pulls him over her lap and paddles him on his bare backside, regardless of the presence of Miss Cheerilee and her TA Amethyst Star.
