Rather positively, it seems!

Three happy couples. For Sparkle/Flash and Night/Velvet, I was going for more gentle and loving; Cadance/Shiny are of course totally capable of that, too, but they're also super kinky so in this case I wanted to depict them as more raw and hard. For Velvet specifically, the thought was that with the pictorial she was somewhat unsure (insecurities about her age and fitness), but in the end she felt really sexy, and her husband picks up on it and sees the beautiful girl he married, so they make love with a renewed passion and tenderness that maybe never went away but just got set aside over the years. As for Sparkle, you might notice that she has grown a little bit between then and now, reflecting the gap between when the photos were taken and when the advance copy of the issue came out. Presumably they got individualized copies, since Night and Shiny don't particularly need to see Sparkle's nude shots; I'm still avoiding any of those kinds of pics. Well, there is one idea I have, but...that's for the future to decide.
