Workout Pest

 Pinny's friends are over to do some training, and Strike (as usual) finds a reason to stay in the living room with the cute girls in spandex stretching and getting all sweaty. They don't mind the lingering glances, but after one too many remarks that cross the line of appropriateness, he gets turned over Rainbow's knee to get the seat of his jeans paddled.
