Holidays

 A little note on holidays in horse-girl land:

The pony side uses their own, often equine-themed names for certain holidays. So which ones will I be using the show's name, and which their real-world equivalent?

I'll go with Summer Sun Celebration instead of Fourth of July; it fulfills the same niche of a mid-summer holiday, and - at least for the actual ponies - has elements of a national day. This does mean moving it up a couple of weeks

On the flipside, I'll be using Valentines instead of Hearts and Hooves Day, because...my characters don't have hooves! Seems pretty logical there.

As for Christmas vs Hearth's Warming and Halloween vs Nightmare Night, actually I think I'll go back and forth. Both sides work, so no real pressure to use only one or the other.
