Punishing Permitless Parking

 It's been a long day, and Vice Principal Luna is in no mood to put up with a persistent problem. She can't even be bothered to go back inside and get her paddle, instead relying on the closest substitute.

Did you realize that it's been over two years since Sunset has been spanked? She got her bottom warmed four times in 2022, and none since. Also this is Luna's first use of the hairbrush, but as pointed out above, that's not really unusual for a school disciplinarian who often has better tools.
