Beating the Heat pt1

Spike's new fun summer activity is soaking girls with the water hose as they bike past his house so he can get a glimpse of their underwear and sometimes even more. Scribble Dee doesn't appreciate this, nor his attempts to pass it off as just "helping [her] cool off!"
